  A couple of friends and I went to this rusty sheriff's badge of a restaurant last minute on Cinco de Mayo, little did we know that we would have a smorgasbord of repugnant faux-Mexican "cuisine" put before us. Each entree we ordered were inedible to say the least, I would have been embarrassed ,as the "cook", to send it out of the kitchen. Not to mention drinks. My friends and I were I.D.'d first by our waitress, who (surprisingly) was great, and then a second time when the manager was suspicious that we may have not been of age. After studying our I.D.'s for what felt like a full minute, he finally determined that we were in fact the people on our licenses. Then the drinks came. My buddy and I got Dos Equis, can't screw up beer, but my significant other (switching it up) ordered herself a pina colada. After a few sips she passed it around the table and asked us to try it, questioning if either of us tasted even trace amounts of alcohol in it. The conclusion was nil. We inferred from this that the validity of her I.D. must have still been in question by this gestapo of manager, and that she had been served a virgin beverage. Not wanting to be a disquieting costumer, she sipped her beverage resentfully. All in all Guadalajara simply Mexican't. Abandon hope all ye who who enter here.
