  Few things in life approach the magnitude and potential stress of a home purchase. In an industry where some put sales above doing what's right for the costumer, Kyle was a breath of fresh air. Having recently moved to the area, we were fortunate enough to meet Kyle and enlist his help with a home purchase. He put countless hours into researching and helping us find a home we would love, even when it meant pulling out of a deal he discovered a problem with. Our first choice of residence had an easement on the property that would limit our ability to put in the backyard of our dreams, and only through his tenacity were we able to discover that we would've been stuck with a backyard we had no control over, despite the claims of the selling party . This came at a considerable personal cost to himself , as we did not proceed with the deal, however he was able to help us find another house which better suited our needs and we are forever grateful. Best of all we developed a great friend in the process. I would highly recommend Kyle to anyone who wants an honest, hard-working and extremely loyal realtor!
