  Awful. I was told 20 mins for 1 scrip. After 20 they said they couldn't fill it without a prior authorization. (Turns out that wasn't true.) They never called to get the pre-auth, and they told me they were out of stock of the other scrip I needed.
  I came back in a week, when they said they had the second one ready. They told me it would be done the next day. I persisted, they told me oh whoops we do have it in stock and rudely said I'd have to wait an hour for them to count out 30 pills.
  I was traveling so I couldn't wait. I asked them to just put it back in the computer system so I could fill it at my home FM pharmacy. They said sure.
  That evening when I called my Pharm to fill it - shock of all shocks- They had not removed it from their system, so I couldn't fill it.
  
  I made two stops in Medford on my trip that were a complete waist of time, and I was left without the medication. I really needed.
  Needless to say, I was upset and angry. They did nothing to help me, and they treated me like a major inconvenience.
  
  We're it not for the fact that I love my Portland FM pharmacy, I would be transferring all my scrips to Walgreens.
