  I went to go get a trim nothing fancy and the gal catting my hair was more interested in the other clients conversation than trimming my hair. She gave me very minimal effort and a lopsided uneven trim, I'm so disappointed and will never go back.

  The girl that did my hair seemed super distracted and uninterested. I asked for a pixie cut and showed her a picture making sure to note the length being not too short. She left one side way too long and took the other side super short (the side I made note of to not be short) she didn’t add any texture which is essential in a pixie cut and there were straggling pieces that were left long. It was fast, but not done well. They say you can come back within 7 days if not happy, but considering how uninterested she was the first time, I passed and did my best to make it tolerable at home until it grows out enough to have it fixed. Used to love this salon, not so much anymore, this is the second bad experience in 3 months with 2 very different haircuts and 2 different stylists!
