  I thought this was a great place to until, two managers harassed me daily for 6 months. then i turned in John to the ethics board. Where they looked into what he was doing and then all of a sudden they said nothing they could then John fired me for no good reason. my calls were great but John was never happy. so I have nothing good to say about blue cross and the way they let the managers treat people. and to this day he is still getting people fired.
