  My dentist called in a prescription for an antibiotic I needed around 2:15. I went to the pharmacy around 3:15 was told they didn't check their messages and to expect it to take two hours. Boyfriend went back around 5:45 to pick up the antibiotic and they still hadn't even checked their messages. he was told it would take another 45 minutes. All this for a generic antibiotic. He pressed them to hurry up but he was there for the full 45. It shouldn't take over four hours to get a prescription filled. All the ladies had at the front desk were excuses. I shop at this Safeway all the time and am always happy with the service at other departments. The pharmacy lost my business, I will go next door to Rite aid in the future.
