  Made an appointment two days in advance with Tanya. I received a phone call later asking me when they had set the appointment because she had forgotten to put it into their system. I obliged, no problem. Two days later I took the morning off work and no one showed at the appointed time. I called after waiting an hour and Tanya said they forgot to call and the technician was running hours behind. Hoping this helps anyone taking time off work or limited on waiting time.

  I am very impressed with Alpha Heating and Air. They replaced all our ducting under our house. They were friendly, timely and didn't overcharge us. They even went the extra mile and fixed a broken crawl space vent that had been letting animals under our house. I was impressed with how well they cleaned up after themselves and vacuumed where they had been. Definitely will call them again!
